View an order

You can view an order at anytime, even after it has been delivered or cancelled.

To view an order:

  1. Click on 'My Account' from the top menu
    'My Orders' will be one of the options displayed
  2. Select the ‘My Orders’ link
    The orders that can be amended and orders being picked will be displayed
  3. Select an order number
    Alternatively click the ‘view’ icon on the right-hand side of the screen. Please note, this option will not be available for orders over 12 months old
  4. If you wish to see all your previous orders select the ‘show all completed and cancelled orders’ option on the bottom right of the screen.
  5. You can show the shelves for each product in each order.
    To show the shelves select the ‘hide/show shelf’ button in the top left-hand of the screen.

Change the contents of an order

You may make changes to any order that has not passed its cut-off point - midday on the day before your delivery or collection. Please note, if you want to add more WaitroseEntertaining products to an order this will need to be done at least five days before the day of collection.

To make changes to products already in your order:

  1. Click on 'My Account' from the top menu
    'My Orders' will be one of the options displayed
  2. Select the ‘My Orders’ link
    Your orders will be displayed
  3. Select the order number of the order you wish to change
    The contents of your order will be displayed.
  4. Alternatively, delete any products you wish to remove
    Click on the 'remove' button at the far right of the product.
  5. Alternatively, change the amounts of any products you want
    Enter the new quantity in the 'Quantity' box or adjust the quantity using the up and down arrows.
  6. Make any other changes
    You can also change the substitution information and the notes for your products, if required.

To add new products to your order:

  1. Click on the appropriate aisle tabs from the top menu
    Select the 'add to order/list' link at the right of each product to add it to your order. Select the correct order from the dropdown box and click the 'add' button.

Change the delivery/collection time of an order

Please note, if your order contains WaitroseEntertaining products you will not be able to change the delivery/collection date, or time, of your order.

Otherwise, you may make changes to any order that has not passed its cut-off point - midday on the day before your delivery or collection.

To change the delivery/collection time of an order:

  1. Click on 'My Account' from the top menu
  2. Click on 'My Orders'
    Your orders will be shown.
  3. Click on the slot date and time of the order you wish to change
    The delivery/collection slot booking page will appear.
  4. View the dates and times available for delivery/collection
    Click on either the carrier bag (collection) / delivery van (delivery) icons on the date and time that you require. You can view dates for more than a week in advance by clicking on the 'forward seven days' button, or by using the dropdown menu to select a date more than seven days in advance.
    Please note, if you select a delivery time before 9am, service counter lines, newspapers and other products with a one-day shelf life cannot be delivered.

Change the payment method of an order

We will not take payment from your card until your order is packed and goes through checkout in the branch.

To change the payment method of an order:

  1. Click on 'My Account' from the top menu
  2. Click on 'My Orders'
    The orders placed will be shown. The last four digits of the payment card will be displayed in each case.
  3. Click on the card number of the order you wish to change
    A page for entering your new card details will appear.
  4. Click 'save changes'
    A message to confirm that the changes have been made will appear.

Change/add order comments

You may add or change any special comments for the delivery driver e.g. Bell not working, use side gate etc.

  1. Click on 'My Account' from the top menu
    A number of options will be displayed.
  2. Select the 'My Orders' link
  3. Select the 'view comments/offer' link next to the order you wish to change/view
    A box for entering your comments will be displayed, and will also contain any previous comments entered.
  4. Click the 'save changes' button
    Your comments will be saved against the order.

Cancel an order

You may cancel any order that has not passed its cut-off point - midday for deliveries or collections on the following day.

To cancel your order:

  1. Click on 'My Account' from the top menu
  2. Click on 'My Orders'
    Your orders will appear.
  3. Click on the 'Cancel' button to the right of the relevant order
    A message asking you to confirm that you wish to cancel this order will appear. Click the 'OK' button to cancel the order.
